Usage
Directions for use: Use only as directed. Legs: Apply to the affected area and massage in thoroughly. Back and shoulder: Apply liberally for relief of soreness and stiffness. Can be applied three or more times daily. Massage thoroughly before and after workout. Wash hands after using gel.
